Craft Alive Wodonga is on next weekend,

5 - 7 July at Wodonga Sports & Leisure Centre,

9.30am -4.00pm daily.

So you can guess what I'm doing; cutting fabric, felt and threads for kits and folding and packaging patterns. It's when I'm handling the bolts of fabric I have my light bulb moments, I see a fabric in a new light.  It leaves me wondering why I didn't see the possibilities sooner because it is so obvious! This happened yesterday with one of my favourite fabrics a green floral print. Why I never consider it for the Postcards Blooms Basket, I don't know.

I selected a spot for the lining and a background print for the appliqué block.

The kit is $38 and includes the pattern, fabrics and felts as shown.
