This week I've been doing a bit of everything and it feels like it's all been fun. I've tackled a couple of jobs in the garden, sewn a bunting for my pop-up shop this Saturday, spent a morning with the ladies from Table Top CWA and found my mojo for the red & white postcard quilt I started last year.
It was started with loads of enthusiasm and in next to no time the bunny, birdie and quilts were made and then nothing. The next step was proving to be elusive until today, when I thought, ' just make the blooms block'. It still needs to be glued down and stitched but it's a start.
The bunting was a joy to make. Simple sewing, favourite fabrics, what more can I say.
One of my favourite views of the garden. The wombat was a gift from my daughters many years ago; he moves around but likes this spot.
