My downtime over the Christmas/New Year period, which I managed to drag out through much of January was officially over with my first class on Saturday. It marked the commencement of this year's club. Now some of you will be thinking club, what club, I haven't heard about Marg's club, the reason being it is Finishing Club. It's a chance for the girls who have been coming to class for the past however many years to catch up on their unfinished projects or start the ones they missed. It's exciting to see which projects they'll be working on; some are current while others where started, let's just say it's best not to say when! No matter how long it's been in the cupboard it's great to see them being dusted off and finished.
Here are some of the things finished last Saturday. All these projects are from last year.
Beth's journal cover from the Postcard Club. I love Beth's use of the ric rac and lace.
Postcard - Birdie
Jenny made the Quick Zipper Bag from the Little Birdie pattern.
You can purchase the kit here.
Sue was on a roll making Gift Pouches for Christmas.
(Wouldn't I love to be this organised!)
If you look closely you'll see Sue fussy cut both the top and bottom pieces. They look fantastic.
The pattern is called Gift Tree.
I hope this year's club will inspire & motivate you to start or finish a Marg Low project.
If you need assistance, you'll find my contact details on the back of the pattern.
And once it's done, make sure to send me a picture.
