all over for another year

So much planning and work goes into preparing for a show, that it can be a let down when it's over. It's like Christmas!

Jan and I started set-up at noon and were still going after sun down. We did stop to enjoy the fountain on the way out.

 

 

 

Who wouldn't love going to work in a building this gorgeous and rich in history?

 

My stand with a mix of everyday and Christmas projects.

 

The new quilt - Log Puzzle and bunny wallhanging - Hippity Hop.

Easter, then AQC

Wow the next few days are going to be busy with family and the final preparations for AQC.

One of the Easter jobs is to finish the kits for the Make & Take class.

It's a challenge to design a project that can be entirely hand sewn and finished or close to in 50 minutes!

Everything is cut for you, even the flowers, all you need to do is sit and sew! I don't think it can get much better than that.

The Thread Roll kit costs $20 and you book at Stand 167.

The class starts at 11am.

This year I'm right into ric rac and pretty trims.

 

 

And if you love felt, I have lots of gorgeous colours.

 

 I've also stocked up on Theodora Cleave Christmas buttons and Barb's new Thread holders.
