It's hot hot hot here, 41 degrees C,that's 105.8 F on the old scale and it's not going to get any cooler over the next few days. Stepping outdoors onto the veranda feels like I stepped into an oven. All my thoughts are turned towards feeling cool and perhaps this is why I'm avoiding my favourite reds and am tempted to play with these.
You might think these pieces were purchased at the same time, since they go together so beautifully, but they were bought individually over the past 12 months. Don't you love it when this happens? Now to work out what to make so I can combine them in the one project without detracting from their indivual charm.
Hi i love the green, green is my favourite colour and now you are using it i am Happy, happy, happy, I am going to make a green quilt as we have spoken privately about so when the nearest patchwork shop has 50% off guess what my main colour i brought, then brown for my hubby and son's quilts and one red large white spots. off again this week to buy more fabrics yes greens.

Hope those colours help keep you cool, Marg! Isn't this weather a trial, aircon is my best friend right now.
